I was on a diet after having a baby. I was trying to find something to substitute for pasta because I love pasta. I like eating nice healthy dinners, and my cousin recommended Skinny Noodles. I loved it and I ate 3 to 4 times a week.
I wanted to eat something filling for dinner because I was on a low calorie diet. Even though I ate a lot and I felt full, but I did not feel heavy and I kept up my energy.
I was determined to lose my baby weight. Eating Skinny Noodles while working out, in 3 months I lost 23 lbs.

My girlfriends noticed my change and asked me “what are you doing? What’s your secret?”
My family was really impressed too. My husband was really impressed and happy, and saying that he loves me no matter what, but he was happy because I feel happier because I felt good about myself.
This is great that it has 0 calories! It is great for vegans and vegetarians.
When I opened the bag, it smelled a little bit like fish. But when I rinsed the noodle, the smell went away. So, don't worry about the smell.
I have diabetes. This is a lifesaver for diabetics! This has become a part
of my diet now. How did I not know about Skinny Noodles (Shirataki) until now?! It must be
the secret of the Japanese to not being overweight and living longer!
I am on a diet, and sometimes I have this craving to eat to my heart's (or belly's) content. Skinny Noodles (Shirataki) is great for that kind of time. It is truly guilt-free!
At night, I try not to eat any carbohydrates because it tends to turn into fat. Skinny Noodles (Shirataki) is great for my diet dinner. I try to chew it 30 times before I swallow it. After I eat it, my stomach feels full. I do not even get hungry in the middle of the night.
Skinny Noodles (Shirataki) has lots of dietary fiber. It cleans up my intestines. I cannot wait till next summer to try my new bikini!
This is great substitute food for pasta and bread! I can eat Skinny Noodle without worrying about calories, because it has none!
A great thing about Skinny Noodle is that I can eat meat also. I read that Shirataki does what brooms do. It sweeps away extra fat and grease in my stomach! Share
