8 oz package Skinny Noodles (drained and rinsed), cut into 4-inch length |

1 lb Sukiyaki beef or sirloin beef, sliced very thin, cut into 4-inch length |

1 bunch of green onion, cut into 2-inches length |

2 medium onion, sliced |
 |
1 C bamboo shoots, sliced |
 |
8 pieces Shiitake mushrooms (stems removed) or 1 C mushrooms |

1/2 lb spinach, large stems removed and leaves washed |
 |
7 oz firm tofu (about 1/2 package), cut into 1/4-inch cubes |

2 Tbsp oil |

| Sukiyaki Souce: |
 |
1/2 C beef broth |
 |
1/4 C sake or dry white wine |
 |
1/2 C sugar |
 |
1/2 C soy sauce |

 |
Mix beef broth, sake, sugar, soy sauce in a bowl.
Heat the skillet on a medium heat.
Add oil and cook the beef slices in a single layer. Cook until each side of the beef slices is brown.
Gather the cooked meat and move them to the corner of the skillet.
Add all other vegetables.
Add Sukiyaki Sauce over the vegetables and beef and simmer until all vegetables are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
