Sesame Chicken

Great sesame flavor recipes to enjoy substitute of pastas

8 oz package Skinny Noodles (drained and rinsed), cut into 4 inch length
1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch strips
1/4 lb red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch strips
1/4 lb green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch strips
1/4 C green onion or scallions, chopped
1 egg white
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/4 C teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Salt and black pepper

1. Place prepared Skinny Noodles into a non-stick skillet and fry over medium heat for about 1 minute or until excess water has evaporated. Set aside.


2. In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce, egg white, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Marinate for 5 minutes.


3. Add vegetable oil into the skillet and cook the marinated chicken over medium heat. Cook well.


4. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green onion.


5. Return Skinny Noodles into the skillet.


6. Add teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix well.


Makes 2 servings.
