Skinny Noodles Version:

Makes 3 - 4 servings

1/2 package of Skinny Shirataki Noodles Spaghetti or Angel Hair Shirataki, rinsed and drained
2 C Spinach

2 C Cucumber

5-6 stalks Celery
1 tsp. Ginger Root
2 apples, cored
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 C filtered water or unsweetened apple juice for thinner consistency, if desired

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Refrigerate unused portion.
