Easy Stove Top Skinny Noodles and Cheese.

8 oz package Skinny Noodles (drained and rinsed), cut into 2-inch length
1 Tbsp Butter
3 oz evaporated milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

Put Skinny Noodles into a non-stick skillet and fry in medium heat for about 1 minute or until excess water has evaporated.


Add butter into the skillet with Skinny Noodles.


In a small bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper. Then add the mixture on the Skinny Noodles.


Add cheese to the Skinny Noodles.


Over low heat continue to stir until creamy.


Makes 2 servings.
